Ms. Anita Hubbard
Anita brings a compassionate, grounded presence to Mountain Ridge Wellness. Her passion for helping others began at home, supporting her children through life’s growing pains and developing a deep curiosity for how the body moves, heals, and connects with the mind. This naturally led her into the massage field, where she discovered how meaningful it is to help people feel relaxed, comforted, and free of tension.
In 2018, Anita began her training at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. While she ultimately chose not to complete registration, her education, clinical experience, and extensive spa background have shaped her into a skilled and intuitive bodyworker. She offers relaxation-focused treatments designed to ease muscle tension, support stress reduction, improve flexibility, and create a soothing full-body experience.
Anita’s sessions may incorporate Swedish-inspired relaxation techniques, hot-stone therapy, and moderate to deeper pressure—always within a relaxation-focused scope. Her goal is to provide a calming environment where patients feel supported, grounded, and cared for.
Outside the clinic, Anita is happiest outdoors—hiking, running, walking, and weightlifting—or spending cherished time with her five adult children and seven grandchildren.

Chelsea Lillbeck
(She/Her/Hers)
Dr. Chelsea Lillbeck was born in Mission and raised in the lower mainland where she attended UFV for her undergraduate degree. She returned home in 2023, after working in Northern Manitoba for almost a decade!
After graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto, Ontario, she took a big leap of faith and moved to Northern Manitoba to run a busy multidisciplinary practice in 2015, where she was the only chiropractor within a 4 hour drive.
In practice, she has a strong focus on prenatal and paediatric care, along with acute sport injuries. Chelsea is certified in the Webster Technique and has taken additional paediatric courses to expand her knowledge base on top of her personal experiences as a mom. In Thompson, Chelsea worked with the Norman North Stars, and NCN Flames hockey teams and two competitive dance studios - Diamond Dance and Aurora Studios as well as the RDPC Athletic Department.
Chelsea has developed a passion for wellness-centred care and strives to provide individualized treatment to help manage each patient, and what is needed to achieve and maintain their health goals. Alongside her witty banter, she utilizes a wide variety of manual and soft tissue therapies in treatment.
Away from the office, Chelsea has a dynamic lifestyle as her spouse is a First Responder which adds to the chaos of having a household with three kids. In her downtime, she can be found with a camera taking photos, planning a new family adventure, or enjoying a good book with a cup of tea. Moving back to BC Chelsea is excited to be close to proper mountains to return to downhill skiing.
Chelsea is a member in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of BC and is also a member of the BC Chiropractic Association, and a retired member of the Manitoba Chiropractic Association.
